  •  Plan and conduct an Occupational Hearing Conservationist (OHC) course that complies with CAOHC's policies and procedures.
  •  Apply effective learning principles to teach adult students.
  •  Evaluate the skill level of OHCs during the practica.
  •  Adjust curricula and training methodologies based on outcome measures.
